What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price provided the following conditions are met:

  • Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.incipio.com.
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. If your return request is approved, Incipio will issue an authorized RMA#.
  • All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from Incipio.
  • All returns must include an authorized RMA# provided by Incipio on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
  • All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
  • Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning product to Incipio.
  • Returned product must be unopened and in like-new, resalable condition.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
